Remember to absorb what is useful. This book offers up alot of good aspects but not an overall fan of the socialists collective view of self or the total disregard of the value of the ego.

A lot of cult member also think things are life changing and have healed them then later realized they have been deeply damaged something about human don’t forgo logic and take something as fact on a gurus word

I loved this book, but I don't recommend it to cynics... If you're practiced in critical reading and have an open mind, this book can be deeply healing and influential
