Ratings and reviews

I was really disappointed to pay the full amount only to discover it wasn't an actual audio reading of the book itself. It's really just a Coles notes of the book. having said that, it was still good information to have. But it shouldn't be priced as a full audiobook when it's not one.

Just like the other review, I'm also very disappointed this was not the entire book, but it was priced as if it was. I should've read the reviews first.

Dr. Claire Weekes MBE was an Australian general practitioner and health writer. She is considered by some as the pioneer of modern anxiety treatment via Cognitive Therapy. She continues to be noted for her books on dealing with anxiety disorders. Many of today's anxiety self-help books continue to cite her work.
