The best thing about AT is that it's about a third the price of Lyft. It goes downhill fast from there. I tried 3 trips. #1 picked me up 3 blocks away and 20 minutes of searing sun late, then drove right by my starting point - but got me home. #2 was 8 miles, and it proudly announced that if I would walk 7.1 miles it would take me the rest of the way. #3 was again 20 minutes late and I gave up. No one involved with this service could have ever used it. It's simply abysmal. Please do better!

App needs more development. No way to control notifications, so for one ride, I receive at least 6 notifications between, calls and text. It's glitchy, not easy to navigate and not user friendly. Example, when selecting return ride, it should default to the same date, it doesn't. Lots of issues, should have gone through user-acceptance testing of some kind. -signed tech savvy user.

The only good thing about it is that it's cheap. The app navigation is garbage and will give dumbass pickup spots, it's unreliable if you have to be anywhere in a hurry (give at least an hour in advance if you're taking via), and it picks up other customers along the way. Drivers can be friendly, but not always. Arlington really picked this over having actual public transportation. I effing hate it here.
