I have better success calling to schedule rides than using the app. The info captured in the app does not sync with the driver's app causing riders to be stranded or given wrong information. When I call, there's no issues with my scheduled rides. Please fix the app. Using the mobile device's location needs enhancing when scheduling a ride out of the zone. Caregivers outside of the zone schedule for riders in zone. This should be accounted for by the app. It has the potential to be very good.

The app worked fine until it updated. Then it proceeded to be unresponsive after only a few mins. Most of the drivers are perfectly fine, just trying to do their jobs. But their side of the app does not give them enough information and will even cause some of them to show up early and then leave thinking the rider decided to not show with that not being the case. It's useful for when you have car troubles but the amount of hassle is not worth it.

Customer service center workers are under appreciated. Every time I have had to speak with the customer service center they are always as helpful as they are allowed to be. They are proffesional while also remaining empathetic. HOWEVER do not take this service if you are in a rush!!! Drivers are always careful and friendly. But the 'virtual bus stops' can sometimes slow the process. I understand the convenience of them but only when apllied logically. Also need to be able to cross zones.
