I had to uninstall the app. I could not get the test gameplay step to quit the loop of insanity! Meticulously complete the steps and it would start me over like was never there. I'm hoping for an update/fix but, it seems this is a reoccurring known issue for years now(>3yrs). 🚩🚩GIANT RED FLAG🚩🚩 Intentional chaotic distraction or unintentional oversights, not good for an app asking permission in perspective client/players devices. The concern is increasing.

Originally, I wouldn't have rated it 5 stars. I was having issues uploading the gameplay footage, and it felt like it was never going to be fixed. And then the team stepped in, and did everything in their power to fix the application. It was updated about 4 times in the span of two days, constant email updates, and just all around amazing support from beginning to end. Was paid and will definitely be sticking around.

I did a play test a while ago that never got credited. When recently testing a new game I couldn't complete the test as my phone kept freezing. Eventually, a few updates later they released an update for my phone which told me my phone wasn't capable of running tests any more. However, I still had a $8 reward on my account pending from a previous test. I thought: Its not fair that my phone is now deemed incompatible, but I would like my $8 reward from my previous test. I contacted the developer using their email address and I have to give credit to Alexandros who duly sent my payment on PayPal. There's a lot of miss-reviews about people not getting money etc but I don't think its down to dishonesty of any kind, just some problems they have had getting the app to work correctly. If your phone is a compatible one, then don't hesitate to give this a go, but be sure to email before you review badly, because I am certain they will listen to the feedback!
