Worst banking experience. It may be the biggest but I think this bank is run buy a bunch 'old schools' who doesn't have any idea about a digital banking experience. The most awful thing is that they take 1-2 hours to respond to a chat first (in app or WhatsApp) and then after 5-30 minutes to each messages! No idea why they need to run such a "Digital bank"!

Old Liv was artistic.. It was customisable which i couldnt find here in X.. Another feature is that the Goal account was compltely hidden which was actually good. Here its visible and the option to hide the number hide the main balance too :( Apart from these two things, All good so far..

Bank transfer is always failure. Local or international (Philippines). And even if I'm putting correct details always shows failure. Please resolve this. The old app was way better. Better yet, take us back to the old liv app.
