I opened the app for the first time and it offered me a pay now option or a free trial option, to which I immediately said NOPE, and hit the X at the top of the screen. It did not close, but took me to the app, where I could begin entering what I'm assuming is my health info. I never agreed to a free trial and billing beginning after 3 days, and I better not find it charged to my Google account, or billed by any other means, and if you have it set up to automatically do that, shame on you.

Hi! Kindly note that we don't force you to pay for the app: you can always access it for free by closing the subscription banner (there's an "x" icon there). If you need help with that, please contact us at support@cardimate.com for further assistance.

I really, REALLY hate when I get suckered into downloading something that's presented as a free app, only to find that you have to pay to use the "free" app. Sure you'll get a free trial most times, but they're relying on the fact that almost all of us will not cancel before the trial ends for whatever reason... And to go from "free" to $40 bucks a month for something that may or may not even work.... Naw... I'm good.

Impossible to try out. Ads are so bad that I could not try it. It just reverted to an ad or just closed. Happy to pay but I want to see what I am paying for. Deleted the app after trying for 10 mins to make it work. What a waste of time. I have done as you said but it did not work. The ads keep coming. Everytime I clicked on the measure button an ad came. It goes into a loop with super long ads. Measuring does not work, app closes when finger is on the camera.

Hi! We understand that ads may be distracting sometimes, but that's the only way to keep the app free. For the best experience, we recommend our Premium version: start with the free Trial and see how it goes. If any questions remain, you can reach us at support@gismart.com.
