This app is a total scam. I tried the free trial and I wasn't able to do some if the exercises because of medial reasons. I've been trying to cancel for two weeks. Have not used the app at all. It clearly says cancel before trial ends. However there is no way to cancel at all. No matter what instruction you use. I've been trying to email and it always says there is an error. Then today they charged my card 45.00 which is way more than a monthly subscription I now have to fight it with my bank.

I enjoy the benefits of this app! Can feel and see my face toning up. However, there's model in the program that is hard for me to follow along. The way she smiles is a bit smug and makes me uncomfortable when doing her classes. You have to completely watch each video to progress to the next class. I started playing the video idly while not looking at the phone so that I can access more of the program w/o having to watch her. I'm sorry to sound harsh, I prefer the models with softer expressions.

Paid $27 for a 3m. sub a yr ago, enjoyed it for a solid 4 wks but then I was billed $34.99 from these people! I asked for a refund and sent my receipt but they refused. After the 4 weeks the app decides to just stop working. The videos would not load. So I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app and now I'm getting charged AGAIN a year later. It was very frustrating the issue was never resolved, absolutely dissatisfied with the service.
