About this app

Users of this app are participants of a clinical trial. Login details will be provided to participants by their clinical coordinator. This mobile application is integral to the study as a means of data collection. Using this app, participants will complete questionnaires about their health and wellness. After completing the questionnaire, users can also scan a QR code for the sample they plan to submit. Users will be able to view a history of all their reports . Through this app, users can also go to the ASA24 website (completely separate) to log dietary information.

This app was created for the MIT Center for Microbiome Informatics and Therapeutics.

What's new

This release includes an important bug fix that was preventing some patients from viewing their microbiome results. It also includes a new banner message regarding the sample processing timeline.
