Great feeder. Took a minute to figure out the proper feeding for two cats. Since it's was a dual feeder, I thought I was calculating per cat, instead 1 cup per day was actually 1/2 cup per cat per day. I love that you can figure out the amount and number of feedings (up to six) that works best for your fur babies. It's been really nice being able to take an overnight trip or maybe a weekend, without having to board my babies. I would highly recommend this product.

Device constantly disconnects from WiFi and the only way it will allow me to "reconnect" is by adding another fountain and then I lose all the history. The reason I got the stupid fountain was to track my cats water intake for the vet, but I can't show them anything because it's constantly disconnecting. It disconnects at least 3x a month. I do not recommend.

App works fine. Was able to connect no problem. But the scheduling feature isn't what I excepted. Can't repeat schedules for feeding, have to set it up again EVERY SINGLE TIME. Timers only work once so as soon as it does the feeding it shuts your timer off. Not to be repeated again. There's also no option in settings that help with this. Just "portion size and save"
