So far, not good. I mean it's only a 10$ doorbell camera I bought from 5 below so it's not a huge loss but still.. the app closes immediately after opening. I haven't been able to even add a device bc every time I click "add" it closes out and asks me to clear the cache. I do and nothing changes. If you have a fix I would like to hear it.

App keeps closing. I have yet to setup my device Update -- finally was able to link doorbell. Quality is terrible. Only able to show a snapshot. Which only is a narrow view. If I closed 1 eye and used my hands as binoculars would be better. Device is always asleep. I can't live view. Very laggy and glitchy. The product is like a passive pick pocket. You don't know you're getting ripped off until to realize it.

Hi! Our Snapshot Doorbell is a battery powered doorbell. In order to extend battery life, the live view can only be accessed within 2 minutes of someone pressing the doorbell. You can always view a "Snapshot" of any motion that is detected in the Notifications menu in the app. Contact us at 855-999-8041 or email customerservice@xtremeacables.com

Internet went down & so did the door bell! Now it will not reconnect! Over & over I've reset it & it keeps saying encryption failed & it refuses to pair! Extremely frustrated! Got it to work after 4 days of Uninstaling & reinstalling app. Figured out you have to delete the doorbell app & also the pair in your Bluetooth 1st then open the program to pair it. I ended up moving the doorbell outside & lower, still don't see my driveway just my neibors house & end of my yard. It's decent I guess 4 25$
