seems to be a great app/program, only thing I noticed is adjusting the reps for one workout changes it for all workouts and not just that 1 particular workout.

Useful app with lots of great workouts, however its completely lacking in any lower back workouts and i would like to see some week to week variations of workouts.

Great workout help, but I need to be able to change start day sequence like, in lean body I should be able to start from Tuesday rather than Monday. Also next previous buttons should be there .
