it would took a lot of work to add combination of body types , with an average exercise steps, that anybody can understand and do with ease, I appreciate this effort and my suggestion is to manage the graphics and add more interpretations of exercises, moreover exercises for abs need to added with equipments also other than added in app as without equipments, overall it is better suitable than other applications to use with ease.

It's nice app for fitness lovers , but some exercises are missed and description is not mentioned that how much distance/grip in different different excersies and how to way do it.....please mention the description to how much distance to grip in different different excercises. And also last but not least that do some diet plans mentioned as per Indian market, which can easily available in the market. That's all which I fell 😜 Overall it's good app

Very nice app. Includes list of exercises for each day just as you expect from a personal trainer. I have a suggestion if you can include small clips of actual exercise for better form correction..that will immensely help beginners
