This app/hearing aids are great "when" they work. I have tried multiple sound configurations. Once I set it and save it, the sound is great for an intermittent period of time. Then, one or both hearing aids will literally fade away to a muffled/muted output. I toggle to a new setting and back, and the sound quality is restored to what it was before the "fade out." This is horrible performance for devices that cost thousands of dollars. I recommend staying away from Widex...

Bluetooth does not stream to hearing aids from Android. It connects, but no sound comes through. App also prevents Android phone from streaming to other devices, so phone cannot connect to car for calls or Spotify streaming. No settings changes fixed this, but deleting this app immediately solved that issue. I tried many hearing aids before landing on the Moment Smart-Ric, whose sound I like above all. But non-compatibility w/ S23+? Fix your Android interface already!

App worked until it had a mandatory update without an option to update later. Thus the so-called update started (as I was on my way to a performance, where I'd have used the app's special programs) and unpaired from my hearing aids - and wouldn't re-pair regardless of what I did and regardless of the instructions as to how to re-pair, which I followed. This app is worthless!
