The reason for two ⭐ is every time I login, all of see if a blank screen, not everytime but most. I tried to reach out to the support team but it has me wanting to press an option that has nothing to do with why I'm reaching out. So I will just hound my manager for the schedule. Because I can't fix this issue, have no idea why this happens, and can't even get support for the hot schedule support team. Other than that when it does work it's great, could of been a five star review

I've been using this app for nearly 2 years, and it's been through a lot with it. Sometimes, it will work, and a lot of the time, it will give me login errors, or the app itself will be having problems with loading the right schedule. There have been times when it doesn't work at all and will be down for a week or two. However, there are also times where it works, and I have no problems it's just hit or miss with this app.

The app is a great 1 to use, but the new update has made it to where no one can sign in and use the app properly. It is very annoying when I rely on it every day for my schedule and I can't get into my schedule Through the app. Even after uninstalling it and re-installing it. It crashes instantly every time. Need to fix this for Android users immediately. 😡
