Terrible! They expect elderly people among others to try to use this app? I'm in my 30's trying to help my elderly mother and had nothing but trouble. The checkout option doesn't work but the feedback option works every time. Definitely needs a lot of work.

It's Incredibly easy to use just as long as you've allready created a previous account with CVS OTC with your Insurance Name. So must already have a the Emails and password set up, then when you download the app, all you do is use the same Email and password to log into the OTC app. It's truly simple and no complications involved. Be aware! There are no biometrics in this app, because the app it's still in it's infancy state. But it works great if your looking to place your order.👍

DO NOT WASTE your time installing this app. It does nothing useful!! Boeing must have written this app!! It is so useless I want my money back even though it is free!! Aetna should be EMBARRASSED for using this so called app. High school kids write more useful software!! It does not even access your database properly so that my purchase history is accessible yet there is a pretty little button that presupposes that it is useful and can access this information. NOT YET READY FOR BETA testing!!
