I want so badly for this app to be amazing. And it mostly is very useful. My biggest issue is that it 1) requires internet access (which I often find annoying/useless when wanting to use my digital ID) and 2) it constantly asks my to two-factor authenticate, which is fine but.... Not when I am on a timeline. It's just not as convenient as an ID-centric app needs to be to be useful

Hi Maurice, we're sorry for the inconvenience. After an extended period of inactivity on an account, users must sign in again and complete the two-factor authentication step. Unfortunately, receiving the MFA code does require cell service. If users plan on traveling outside data coverage areas, we recommend they sign in to the app prior to travel.

Update: the app works much better now, and is very useful. My new fishing license updated automatically while I was waiting for my physical copy to arrive by mail. Good job Colorado! Original review: Great idea, but poorly executed and supported. Facial recognition took me 30 minutes to achieve. Then when my new fishing license wouldn't update I was Instructed to uninstall the app and go through all that again. No thanks, I'll go to the dentist instead!

Text message based authentication appears to be inoperable. After entering credentials on a new account, I'm directed to a screen (third party?) to enter the code sent via text message. After entering that code, it states that the authentication was successful but no action occurs. I'm not directed anywhere and can only go back to the main splash screen. There's no way to actually log into my account. (:
