I'm a Super + member and haven't been able to book a hotel on the app OR website in nearly four months due to what appears to be a technical issue. I've reported this multiple times to customer support through the app and through email but amazingly, it's still not fixed months later. Posting this negative review in hopes of getting SOMEONE'S attention to this ridiculous problem.

This app is favored for cost savings on hotels. Ten percent is returned each time. I have the Super+ card... a secured credit card that's easily loaded from any debit card (cashapp). Discounted deals are easy to book.. just don't cancel unless -- never. Refunds are not easily obtained; however, they are possible.

So far, so good. I've already redeemed $42. I connected my virtual card to Google Pay and used it with no issue. The surveys don't pay much, but that's to be expected. Very high payout for lots of games. I made $16 just for running an app for an hour. Highly recommend. There are lots of games that pay 63 cents for a playing it once or twice and NONE OF THEM have paid out.
