I am a Shopify user and everything is generated from my balance account. I have 2 fraudulent charges on my account and there is no way to challenge them and no way to contact anyone. I tried going through Shopify and was told there would be a resolution but nothing happened it's been two weeks. I have every shop that I have on platforms funneling onto this account and now it's not only compromised but there is no support. Why platforms make you use their payment sources I will never understand.

It was as easy as it gets for an app that will afford you piece of mind in addition to ease of use..

Shopify balance does not honor or solve issues with fraudulent charges. Never honors deposit times will charge double on transfer fees and will not honor them being removed. You have to file complaint after complaint and nothing gets solved evolve bank is non-reachable and you have to go through Shopify and it's a joke. Nothing ever gets solved. I have made 400$ in sales and haven't received one deposit not to mention the lack of respect they show small businesses and the owners.
