The old HRMS website was very much smooth, responsive and easy to access. The new website & app very confusing & complex to use, not user friendly.

Bad design. This is an 'information' app not a transaction app. Stupidly they have built several security features which even Bank apps do not have. E.g if there is no device lock in your mobile it doesn't work.I have bank/fintech apps which don't require. Funny

I have downloaded this app conveniently and perused the informations. Two things are required. 1. There is no box for communication. 2. I cannot rectify the name of my spouse which is appearing wrong.
