Mobile banking sucks here. App crashed everytime when we tried to log in or try to do online transactions. Thanks to this, we have to shift to other bank to experience mobile banking services 😔 such a poor and one if the worst apps I have used till date

There is a bug on this app.. I don't receive otp while trying to login.. I always receive multiple otps later..I'm tried.

Worst worst worst worst worst app among all the bank that provides the mobile banking services. I was not able to use it since the day one, now for almost 4 years still nothing is changed with this bank, please shut it down the mobile banking services. Try to buildup the application from the good developers assistance. I will definately close my account now. Out of 5 star, 0 star from my side. Worst experience
