The app is a bit basic and has some quirks but it's nice to be able to see energy usage, overall health of the hybrid water heater as well as have access to scheduling and different heating modes. As far as minor complaints, I don't like that the capacity of the heater only shows as empty, 1/3, 2/3 or full. It would be nice to have a more accurate measure of how much is in the tank and ready. The other complaint is that the main screen doesn't refresh automatically (go back, head in again)

Just spent another day without hot water because of this app. I switched to vacation mode while I was away for a week, switched it back when I got home. It ran the compressor for a few minutes before switching itself back to vacation mode and leaving me without hot water. I contacted support, this is a known bug. You have to power reset the water heater to fix!! It's also stubborn to connect if your phone gets reset, or it decides to disconnect, and often the app just refuses to do anything

Today I attempted changing the scheduling of my water heater. I am now no longer able to access the scheduling function from the app. The version installed is 6.11-1217-93ce42c which may be the same version that was recently updated on 1/4/24. The app no longer works for me to adjust the schedule or change any settings. Up until 1/21/24, this app worked perfectly. Reaching out to support resolved my issue. I should have rebooted my phone and logged back in. Resolved
