Typical corporate shenanigans. When you install and run the app you get a page that informs you that this program collects location data, even while it is off, for geofencing purposes, with no way to bypass that function, but the permissions for the apps only gives it permission to get location data while the app is in use. I also couldn't log in and had to reset my password. User not found... Login button is whacked too. App deleted You are doing a heck of a job Browning...

Another person mentioned this same issue. I downloaded the app and sign in, but it keeps wanting me to update my information. Then when I do, the sign in button is gray and not able to click on it. I have tried for 2 days. Very frustrating! Please fix the issue. I am not the only person experiencing the problem. You sent me an email to download app and update account and get a free snacker basket, but then your app doesn't work.

I haven't been able to login to my rewards in a year, which was fine because it was during the pandemic and we weren't eating out much anyways but now I'd love to be able to use my rewards and the app! Everytime I try to login it takes me to the screen to update my info and sign up again. I don't want to sign up again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times to no avail. App used to be great when it worked, but now it's useless and I'm frustrated. Please fix this!
