I liked the app. I didn't even know pdq was a restaurant or even a thing into about a couple months ago, but unfortunately the just closed the winston salem nc location down. I've eaten there twice. The food is great. I had no issues submitting my missing points through the app. It wasn't really a hassle, it just took then a few weeks to post the points to my account. No biggie

Just use the drive thru: it's faster. They make you park and come into the store to pick up your order: even though I got here on time (6 minutes from ordering) it's been an extra ten on top waiting on it while the drive through gets priority: the point of mobile ordering is supposed to be convenience. There's no reason they can't just give you your mobile ordered food for pickup in the drive through but it's policy. Also, app requires you to opt into all their emails to register: annoying.

App refuses to open on any of my devices. This used to be an issue a while ago and then it was fixed for a short time. Not sure how they expect people to use the app if it doesn't even open. Update: App still doesn't open on any of the 4 devices I tried. Update 9-30-23, 10-23-23, and 12-6-23: App still does not open on any device I own.
