Every time I've ordered, I've gotten my food. There's no issue there. The drinks however I don't get. I've ordered coffee and an orange juice with my orders, and I don't get those drinks. I understand short staffed and busy times I genuinely do. This isn't the first time, and it's incredibly frustrating when you pay $20+ and change for drinks and food and just get food. I'm not thrilled with this one bit.

Can't even sign up. At the password screen the message just says "6 characters" for both fields. If it's less than six, it will say it's too short, but no combination of anything else would it let me register, not with numbers, symbols, caps, nothing. It only said "6 characters" and wouldn't let me register.

Love this app. Don't care for the Rio Grande location. They don't seem to care about service. Missing items and was left Standing there waiting waiting and when she did pay attention to me she seemed bothered. I'm sorry but that's what the rewards system is for if I keep paying money to your company. You should do it. Clearly I've spent enough money with you. You should stand by your word and advertising. Do better Training. PLEASE AND THANK YOU! Just letting everyone know rio grande still sucks
