Needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled often. This past episode will not work at all on a galaxy s21 at all. Poor IT support from the company all in all a disappointing product platform is not supported by the company that owns it hoping to force you on to another platform they own that is also substandard

Very poor servers... takes forever to load and save documentation. Big waste of time. Takes hours to complete documentation. We never recommended. And I am an experienced home care and hospice nurse. I don't know if I want to stay in

I have to continually login when before it kept me logged in. It will boot me out at random times and I will have to login again, restart notes, and charting.
