BIRTH CONTROL
Get a birth control prescription anytime, from anywhere. Our medical team prescribes online, then we deliver to your door, with automatic refills and free delivery. Choose from 50+ formulas—pill, ring, patch, or shot.

ACNE, ROSACEA & ANTI AGING TREATMENT
The Nurx medical team provides personalized treatment for acne and rosacea, with prescription topical and/or oral treatments. We bill insurance (if you have it) for your medications, deliver them to your door, and provide ongoing care. We also prescribe retinoid cream to treat fine lines, wrinkles, uneven pigmentation and dark spots.

HEADACHE & MIGRAINE TREATMENT
Connect with specially trained medical providers for diagnosis and/or treatment of migraines and chronic headaches. Share your health history and submit a short video exam, then a provider will review and (if appropriate) write a treatment plan with prescriptions delivered. Migraine treatment includes one year of care, with follow-up assessments and prescription adjustments if needed.

MENTAL HEALTH
Get a personalized treatment plan for anxiety and depression medication, plus ongoing support on your schedule.

HERPES TREATMENT
We prescribe and deliver the antiviral medication valacyclovir to people with oral or genital herpes who have already been diagnosed. We offer prescriptions for outbreaks or for daily prevention.

STI & HPV HOME TESTS
Our home test kits let you test for sexually transmitted infections, or screen for cervical cancer. Depending on your test, a member of our medical team will be in touch to walk you through your results and prescribe treatment or connect you with care if needed.

Ratings and reviews

The app is glitchy and unreliable most of the time. I have to flip between mobile app vs the computer constantly. I can't tell you how many times I've had to fill out and update forms only to be told to do the same damn thing over and over. At this rate if the tools and services don't get better I'm looking elsewhere for my services. I really miss The Pill Club. I was originally under them before Nurx bought them out. The acquisition doesn't seem to care about customer service as much imo.

Service works for the most part. A lot of insurance Doesn't seem to cover it tho. One big issue I have is every time my prescription charge comes out they take the same payment out twice. One as a "temporary charge" and then the day after I'll get one for $3 more for shipping. So they take double the amount out of my account. If I message them I get the amount of the first charge back but it take a week or more to go back into my account. It's just inconvenient and not worth it.

The app is pretty easy to use and allows so many options. I love how easy it is to get affordable birth control right to your house without going to the doctor office or pharmacy. It makes it so easy and convenient for busy women while still knowing your getting top notch care with easy ways to communicate such as texting, which is what most people use on a daily basis.
