There is no way to contact anyone. The app says prescription was processed at Walgreens and it was not. The prescription was canceled so I am without the necessary eye drops I need for my eyes

Unless you are not at the clinic do NOT use this app. I saw 14 people who arrived after me get filled first. I waited for almost 1.5 hours until I finally decided to go up to the window and they STARTED filling for me and had me out within 15 minutes. *Edit The app did everything intended regardless of the clinic policies. I was told they don't receive the notification from the app until about an hour after
