Dropped to 1 Star. To discourage card holders to redeem cashback as Direct Deposit, they want card holder to make a phone call to Customer Service. Other cards let you redeem in an app and website. Disgusting!! After each update have to logout and sign in again to make app work. Original: Absolutely Love it! This app was definitely worth the wait. Very easy to navigate,fast, slick and best part is no ads. I hope they won't ruin it in the future. Thank you developers!

The app is easy to work only problem I have is when you're talking to customer service and trying to set up your mobile app they do not put in your right phone number as well is hard to put in your password and the mobile app locks you out of your account you cannot login with your own password you set up and it took a month for customer service to resend the code so I can put in my same password that I set up that's why I can only give it 3 stars instead of 5

It was annoying, but having my AAA Visa Signature card accessed on this app is great. After doing a Forget Password, my access now works. And, while the app is not as good as Capital One, this is still a very nicely polished app to use to manage your card with.
