You have to sign up on the website first if you don't already have an account and once you get started it's fairly simple to do and it's straight to the point with the questions. I do recommend using the flash when scanning your w-2. It'll make it more clear and easier to read the w-2 form juss to be safe so nothing goes wrong as far as mistakes to reading what it states.

We were looking to move to something more efficient. Our old vendor made some major updates that broke a bunch of things and we hadn't even finished tax season yet! I was sold on the demo and doing my own research. I tried the two week trial with the intention of signing up. The pricing model is fair and generous and there are a lot of features one gets. Ive tested with my staff and we are in! We are excited about the increased efficiency and will be consolidating 3 different platforms.

This software just keeps getting better. The company listens, that's probably one of the most amazing traits that I've experienced in a long time. Built on top of great software it makes a great addition to any tax practice. Affordable by all means. The website that you get as well as the client portal are worth the money alone. We automation capabilities are up to your own imagination pretty much.
