Password acces is completely useless. Username and password work when using a computer, but for some the app will not recognize. Changed three times and same issue. It's pretty useless and after reading other reviews that are a month or even older, there doesn't seem to be any effort to try and fix. I've had this app installed since the beginning of the year and it has been updated. I'll give it one more month then uninstall.

Terrible app experience. Like everyone else, logging in is far more cumbersome than it needs to be. Once you're in after you undoubtedly are forced to change your password for the n'th time, the app itself is a glorified website which is garbage in itself. I have to use Mercer to track my HSA through work so I've had to use it for years. It has always been a frustrating experience. I gain a sense of existential dread every time I know I have to use it. Fix this please.

Of all the apps i've installed this has been the most infuriating experience. I pay extra for Mercer 365 hub this is the third time recently that the app randomly decides my fingerprint isnt adequate and my saved password is wrong. Then I reset the password and that wont work either. I click on the link in the email to reset password, I complete the process try signing in on the website and the app and somehow my brand new password is wrong. I have no access to view my money.
