Work without error on my old Android phone. Doesn't work on my new phone. The app runs I can set up the information but it won't show video or connect to the recorder. WBox support suggesting not to use this app but to use Guardian Vision app instead. I was able to install the old version on my phone and it works for viewing. Android did warn that it was made for an older version and may have issues.

I had months of problems with this app. It would work sporadically. I was only able to watch footage when on my home WiFi, I wasn't able to view footage away from my home. Also screen camera shot and video recording didn't work. It wasn't very easy but eventually I was able to contact the relevant person from the app developer. After contacting them I have found that the app and it's features work fine now and I can view footage away from my home. Much Better since Dec 2022 update I Recommend.

Always freezes on mine and my wife's phone, and the installer and the technical support for W Box can't fix this problem. It does not freeze on the installers iPhone, just my 2 Samsung's and its bloody annoying. Middle of March there was an update to my phones app which has made viewing 100 times better, I am now very happy. 1 week later back to square one with the app not working on my phone, this is a joke.
