App sucks. Does not recognize my credentials anytime I log in. Have to reset each and every time.

Why is it, the app is installed, but I still have to go to my play store, to get access to this ap??

Take forever to load and half the time errors out. Can't find my prescription. Im.better off just calling the pharmacy.
