Third attempt. I get through to name and password. Password is needed twice! Password manager copies password....app doesn't accept. The previous website was equally user non friendly. Seriously thinking of changing pharmacies. I've mentioned in person the site difficulty . 100% Frustration . Normally I would not post but this is awful..

This app doesn't work very well. I have trouble signing in and it is not helpful in the responses you receive from it. Sorry but I wish it was more reliable than it is. 😕 When I have called and reported it I was made to feel I was the only one having this problem which I am positive that can't be true.

90% of the time, my medications never get delivered even when I mark them for delivery in the app. It will show they are ready to pick up in the app but never show up at my house. Not very pleased when I have to call every single time to fix an issue I have with an app that is supposed to make filling my prescriptions easier.
