Use Concentra Telemed™ to get medical care and physical therapy right where you are, right when you need it. Talk to an expert work health clinician or physical therapist using your smartphone or tablet for a video visit.

How to Use Concentra Telemed

Before you start, make sure you have Wi-Fi or a strong signal. You'll also need a picture ID.

• Using your email address, sign up for a Concentra Telemed account. If you already have a Concentra Telemed account, select “Sign In.”
• Once you’ve signed in, click “Request Visit” to be connected with a care coordinator.
• The care coordinator will check you in and ask some questions about your injury or illness.
• When they're done checking you in, you'll be connected with a clinician for treatment.

This app is intended for employees with authorization from their employer to evaluate and receive treatment for a work injury via remote provider, as available in areas where permitted.

If you use Apple Health, you can choose to share your health information with the provider during your virtual video visit, such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information, and respiratory rate.

Ratings and reviews

Bad connectivity and use, but good staff. Log-in is next to impossible; won't let me type my password so I am forced to type in a different app, copy, and paste to log in. Same with other manual input options; won't show the keyboard after the first box. More copy&paste. Call connectivity is fristrating. Staff tried to connect me to a doctor but something went wrong(?) and call rerouted back to staff member. Call never connected to staff member. Staff was helpful, professional, and friendly.

Not only are the Concentra staff friendly and caring, this app makes it easy to navigate to the visit. There are great onscreen prompts and tips to help you along the way, and the staff can chat with you while you wait.

This is the worst app/service I've ever had. Had an appointment and waited/ put on hold for an HOUR to talk to a doctor that never showed up. Went to reschedule the appointment and again was put on hold right away for 15 more minutes before I hung up AGAIN. Then later that night I rescheduled my meeting for today and now there's "technical issues" going on. This is a joke and the worst service I've ever experienced. Why is this becoming so hard for me to get ahold of a doctor..
