Unreliable, the app is constantly failing. I wait for hours for my doctor, even though the app says another doctor will come on after 10 minutes, nobody ever comes on. There is also no option for me to select this feature, but the final screen says I never answer this optional question. There are often issues with hearing each other when we finally do get face time. CMG should choose another provider for this service. I am tired of ending the call and restarting.

glitchy, no sound with video. No video with sound, freezes. fix bugs update: it keeps getting worse! crappiest app ever. It's worse since last review, scrap it and try again - negative stars - BS app don't install, Uninstall - tell your Dr about it too

Medicare does not provide for this service and the expenses are exorbitant. This application is not of any quality service because it falls to maintain connection many times and reconnection fees are subsequently applied. The wait time is quite long and the doctors are not often available. We need a quality service, and our respective feedback has gone unaddressed for quite some time. *3/25/21 Thank you for your reply. I have spoken with someone who said there's nothing they can do about it.
