I've had the fittrack scale for awhile and have enjoyed it - until I needed to replace the batteries. I cannot connect the scale to my phone, even though phone Bluetooth is on and scale reads 0.0 (as instructed). It just spins until app crashes. The original app was way better. And now I have a useless scale. I've tried contacting CS and get no response. Very frustrating.

The original app was 100% better! I've had this scale for almost 4 years and it was amazing. Until the app changed about 2 years ago. This app crashes, it doesn't connect to the scale, honestly I feel like the readings might not even be accurate anymore. There is no point in buying the scale anymore because the app is no longer compatible. They ruined a great product. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Horrible service, took months to get the scale. App is so buggy, crashes, doesn't connect to scale properly and hangs up during the first scan. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, removed batteries, rest scale and about everything else no one should have to mess with on a new product or of the box. I still can't get anything more than a basic weight reading on the scale itself and nothing communicates to the app. This product, the app, and the company supporting is no good.
