Useless!!, I got the book and have been trying to register an account for several times, 3 different email addresses and keep telling me "invalid email address or password. I feel frustrated because the in the book looks like a good learning program but it wouldn't work that well without access to the audio and online exercises.Very disappointed!! I'm returning the book. 😔

App didn't work on new phone. Two emails to dkefe asking for help, two identical format replies. I was asked to check the Q & A list and contact the appropriate person,. Obviously dkefe technical support is not the right department for technical support. Eventually went to customer services and gave all my details. No response of course. I sorted the problem myself. Dk should be ashamed of its non customer service. I volunteer as a teacher to Ukrainians and needed some support. None given.
