Problematic app from a bad company. The app is unreliable in sending notifications when the laundry is done, but it loves to send me pointless notifications throughout the week. It would greatly benefit from some features like tracking and displaying peak use times, virtual queues, etc. The company refuses to fix their broken machines for weeks at a time and raised prices twice within the past 3 months (now nearly double what it was).

Guess they don't want my money. I went to reload and no matter what card I use, it declines. I started a new account and it worked to reload one time, then started having the same issue and wouldn't reload again. I don't want to have a half dozen accounts with this app, so they need to fix the issue. I sent an email, but no dice. I found a chat feature on the website by checking out the "terms" then hitting the menu then contact us. I'll try that next when they open at 8am CST

I was not happy when my apartment building switched from tap-to-pay to this garbage app but I decided to roll with it anyway since they insisted I didn't need to make an account to use it and it has a few useful (if not totally unnecessary) features. But then they decided to force me to make an account or face a "convenience surcharge." The most recent update has now added a wallet that you can only add to in increments of minimum $5. This level of user unfriendliness is abhorrent...
