I love Chase when it comes to everyday spending. Debit card has innovative safety features and one of the best exchange rates abroad. I also had good experience with customer service. But, to consider Chase for savings and more it would have to improve it's ethical ratings massively. Also, the app needs to be much faster, reliable, offer dark mode and be among the top when offering saving rates. Plus banking via Web browser is a must for me. I need access via PC.

The slowest app I have on my phone. It is mind numbingly slow, to perform even the simplest tasks such as checking your balance. It takes minimum 30 seconds for the balance to update from the last time you opened the app. I have stuck with it for months thinking they will surely update it and improve the speeds but nothing has changed. Please sort this out.

I swear to God, this problem happens way to often, even with as little as £1, so whenever I'm trying to send money out to an account, whether it be a new account or an account I've sent money to in the past, the transfer gets put on pending.. And not just for 1 or 2 minutes, but up to even an hour! Nonsense, especially if the transfer is time critical! They use the same cookie cutter response when you talk to support about how it's to keep things secure. All my other banks aren't as annoying!
