Well i can say this app is good and fantastic to use as a new comer in the platform, but it does not give free online transfer for onces and it consume alot of data, please i will say you should try to improve in the aspect of free online transfer once or two a day, and the transfer should be smooth also. It's been a good experience, but I recently sent money to my other bank account twice and up till now I have not gotten an alert, both a debit and a credit. I have checked the history of the transaction of Firstmonie wallet and it shows both transactions as debit. This happened after I was told to upgrade. Please I will appreciate if this issue is rectified as soon as possible.

Been trying to upgrade my transaction limits with my details as requested since last year, but it's always NO MATCH I do see at the end, even today again same thing, I got my NiN, have tried passport tried voters card but all still same. This is poor not worse.
