The only thing positive i would say about beyondmenu platform is less fees than other platform such as Grubhub, Doordash etc, but that's the only good part. Beyondmenu doesn't protect the merchant like DD or GH. Even if it shows that our driver is out for delivery through the app, it still doesn't protect merchants especially after a customer dispute a order after they received it. I'm in the process of disabling a restaurant on Beyondmenu platform.

Good online order apps. We have two businesses using beyond the menu for years now. Customer service is great, and the app is easy to use and management. Always satisfied our needs. Definitely recommended to anyone who owns a reasurant.

Like the old version better. We can deactivate and modify menu. This new version is very restricted.
