Ratings and reviews

The app will crash from time to time and when you go to scan the barcode for promos, your screen will stay super bright no matter if you click off the app. Some serious bugs in here. No way to see your order history either or rate your service. I've been here for over 30min at an empty one and still haven't gotten my grilled chicken. No way for me voice my concerns through the app.

Just installed today and it won't let me login to my account. With every attempt it says that I'm not online. Closing the app and reopening doesn't help either because it goes right back to the confirmation page. Whatever is causing this issue, I hope it can be resolved. Edit: The issue with the app not going past the account confirmation is remedied by leaving the phone number line empty. I can now use the app properly.

This app needs fixing. I try to place an order and it says it's required that I choose a side but when I click on sides, there isn't anything there to select. So in other words I cannot place an order because I cannot choose a side. Please fix this issue, it's truly annoying. It's the same issue on your website also 😠 😡
