Ratings and reviews

My son loves the app. The math portion works awesome and I love how it challenges him. I also love the progress tracker. It's good to see his progress in all categories and what level he's in. However, he can't do the reading portion. Majority of the time, it or the books won't load. If it does load, you can't see anything or advance to the next page if you can see. I've noticed the Sound Slider book will load but is extra small. Really want to keep this app because my son loves it, but not sure

Update 2: I asked for and received a refund. I'm hoping to go back once they sort out the issues with the reading portion. Original: This program has the potential to be amazing! The problem is we have been using this for over a month now and the Reading Academy does not work. I've been in touch, they say they are working on it, but no progress has been made.

Homeschool plus? More like Homeschool minus. So glitchy and tech support doesn't fix. Not adaptive enough so it's way too easy and boring. There isn't a printable version of the child's progress with dates, just can do screenshot of whole week with little detail, can't download payment recipts to show to your charter, must request each one through customer support. Customer service takes forever to respond to chat and email. Videos are good but app is user UNfriendly!
