Great app when it functions on the hardware it's installed on. Works on some newer phones. Has issues with some Android platforms on tablets. Freezes up or fails to load. ABCMouse is aware and says it's an Android problem. I'm not sure if they are actively seeking a solution. This is an ongoing issue that has now extended into several months.

Good learning app BUT I have 2 issues with it. 1. You cannot block access to the (gerbil, pet, and aquarium) my kid won't do the curriculum and only wants those. Annoying since I'm paying for him to learn more not play with a pet. 2. You can go backwards on your progress map, which just means he can continuously redo the ones he find easier without challenging himself.

So far so good. We did a 1 mo. free trial, and then it was $12.99 monthly. After another good month of my 2 kids enjoying this (3.5 and 6) I decided to committ to the annual plan they had a deal running and I paid I think around $45 for the full year. Good deal. There is an option to be able to get more feedback on their progress for an additional fee but it's not necessary for us and easy to skip. Easy for my kids to navigate and use. No problems thus far. 👌
