Overall performance of the app is great. The layout is easy. Its visually pleasing. However, having to login everytime to use the app is very tiredsome. Since phones are personal devices, no one has access to it; hence I feel login should be automatic after first login. Plus, having to enter the secret answer is giving me panics, thinking that I have entered a wrong password. It is like a password recovery process.

Most of the time it will not work and not getting the OTP....even after entering the correct username and password it is showing that authentication failed... Very bad experience

Very poor app when we try to login for any needs otp will come hours later only very bad experience only if any options are there to give zero stars for this app I will opt that instead of giving one star such a useless app
