Star Wars Rebels: Spark of Rebellion

While it was bit dull in comparison to the later episodes of the Clone Wars animated series, I will give it time. Clone Wars started out a slow and gradually improved. I am thankful that Disney will be making more Star Wars movies so I can not rate anything Stars Wars less than a five. Wookies could use a change. Their look was disturbing.

As a fan of Clone Wars I'm really exited to watch this new series, like the new characters and the course of the story. The stylized features look good and the animation feels really fluid (some shots where amazing and remind me the 4-6 star wars movies) also the music. Still like a lot more the painted textures Clone Wars have.... Let's see, great pilot!

Star Wars Rebels (The Movie) : Spark of The Rebellion my review here goes , Lets start with the good 1. The Designs of the locations , planets , ships etc I like them a lot 2. The Characters - Hera , Kanan , Chopper , Zeb , Sabine and Ezra I like them a lot some of them takes some getting use to (like Ezra) but I'm liking what I'm seeing. 3. The Sound Design - it reminds me a lot of The OT and Ben Burtt's original sound effects work on those films plus some new sound effects mixed in a well. 4. The Story - I really like this time period between Episode 3 Revenge of The Sith and Episode 4 A New Hope (The Original Star Wars) and like where the story is going. Now on to the not so good , 1. Some of the designs of The Wookiees while not bad their just not right for some reason. 2. Not enough original musical themes. While I like some use very much of The John Williams Star Wars Themes I would also like to hear some original musical themes for the Characters. Hopefully as the series goes on we will get that. So overall I liked the 1st episode / movie of Star Wars Rebels!!! Looking forward to more episodes. Awesome show!!!
