i always felt as though i was watching a show about my family when watching this Dan reminds me of my dad and Roseanne always reminded me of my mom i also always loved how Roseanne acted around the child actors like a real grand mother/mother it always felt very genuine also i loved the small details that played out in the background it makes it feel as though this show understands poverty and how it really is...i also loved the older episodes and love the new ones just as much also im glad Dan is not really dead in the show... i grew up watching roseanne although i was born 1991 i still got a chance to watch most of the episodes as a kid with my older sisters and brother it brings back alot of memories... i love how this touches on politics and does not show a cold shoulder at the problems both parties have although im not a dem or repub i love seeing what modern politics did to this show now to finish the last episode :) (how can you be an artists and not reflect the times- Nina Simone)

Love this show. If you guys don't get it going again, I hope another network does. We all do stupid things. Just punish her somehow if you must, but don't cost over 200 people their jobs. You've got a funny hit show on your hands. Lets apologize suck it up and move on.

As a society, we can handle a sitcom actress tweeting dumb things or even not being a nice person in general. Nevertheless, she did not do that at work or, as far as I know, mistreat any of 200 members of the cast who just lost their jobs. The bigger problem is return of McCarthyism where artisitic works are censored because of viewpoints of their creators that, however objectionable, are not related. Even if the next season had to be canceled, ABC and partner streaming services did not have to stop their paying customers from watching existing episides. So even if, like me, you never watched the show before, lets see it here while we can. As an expat of former Soviet Union, I would caution you to not take this ability for granted.
