Themes: priorities, things aren't always what they seem. / Now You See Me: Little Nutbrown Hare and Little Field Mouse discover creatures that can blend in with their surroundings and are inspired to find out where they can disappear as well. Themes: Camouflage, perseverance.
10 Busy as a Bee/Birthday Surprise!

Busy as a Bee: Little Nutbrown Hare and Little Field Mouse promise to help Big Nutbrown Hare on a busy day, but there are so many wonderful distractions they forget their promise and let him down. Theme: The importance of keeping a promise. / Birthday Surprise!: It's Little Field Mouse's birthday and Little Nutbrown Hare wants to give her exactly the right gift. Themes: Friendship; imagination; giving.
11 Win or Lose/Summer Days

Win or Lose: Little Nutbrown Hare keeps winning a game with Little Field Mouse, and enjoys it so much he doesn't notice that she doesn’t enjoy losing. Themes: Winning and losing; looking after those who are younger. / Summer Days: On a hot Summer day the young ones try to have some quiet time by the river but they have trouble staying still. Only when they do manage some quiet time, they experience the variety of life the river has to offer. Themes: the joy of simply ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’.
12 The Holly Branch/Topsy-Flopsy Day

The Holly Branch: Little Nutbrown Hare wakes up to a surprise gift from Little Spotty Deer. This gives Little Nutbrown Hare and Little Field Mouse the idea to surprise all their other friends with gifts too. Theme: Spreading fun and joy. / Topsy-Flopsy Day: It is the shortest day of the year so the sun doesn't rise until very late and is going to set very early. How will Little Nutbrown Hare make the most fun out of it? Theme: Breaking routine can be fun.
13 Feast Day/Where Are My Nuts?

Feast Day: Little Nutbrown Hare and his friends try to find a special place and special food for Feast Day. Will he find anywhere special enough? Theme: celebrating with those you love. / Where Are My Nuts?: At the start of Spring, Little Grey Squirrel re-emerges after his long rest, but can't remember where he hid his nuts. Will his friends be able to help him find them? Theme: Friendship.

About this show

In Guess How Much I Love You Series 2, Little Nutbrown Hare and his father, Big Nutbrown Hare, romp through another 26 charming adventures. Everyone’s favourite characters return: fun-loving Little Field Mouse, mischievous Little Grey Squirrel and tricky Little Redwood Fox are back, as well as Little White Owl with her tales of mystery. Together the friends explore the meadows, forests and streams and on to Cloudy Mountain... playing, laughing and discovering the wonder that the world holds.
Keeping love as the major theme, each adventure is set against the backdrop of a season, the wildflowers of Spring; the long, lazy days of Summer; the bright colours of Autumn or the frozen landscape of Winter. Based on the classic picture book that has sold more than 30 million copies worldwide, written by Sam McBratney, illustrated by Anita Jeram and published by Walker books.

Beautiful animation, sweet stories, and a calm, unhurried pace that is a distinct contrast to most obnoxious children's programming.
