About this movie

In 1939, Professor Paul Langford and his daughter Catherine are still grappling with the mysteries of the ancient relic they discovered in the Egyptian desert more than ten years ago. With war looming in Europe and funding running out, these brilliant minds are approaching their lowest ebb. Little do they know, answers are about to present themselves in a dangerous form, when the Nazi Occultist Dr. Wilhelm Brücke approaches their facility with a sinister motive. Enlisting the help of two young soldiers, Catherine must use all of her wit and nous as she and her new allies embark on an adventure into the unknown to rescue her father, and save the Earth from an unimaginable darkness.

Unwatchable garbage. Plot is an insult to intelligence. Acting is worse than a fan made YouTube video. Cgi is laughable. Scenes set up like they've never held a camera before. Bad plastic gate replica makes me wanna barf. Should never have been greenlit. Forced myself to finish it because I love stargate so much and its a big part of my childhood. Am now depressed that this drivel exists.

I am glad I didn't spend money on this poorly written mish-mash of Nazis & G'oauld with actors who phoned in their performances. Totally out-of-canon characters in a barely canon story conveniently swept under the carpet by a bogus deus ex machina (pun intended) pseudo twist. However, if you've already watched 10 seasons & 3 movies of SG1, 5 seasons of Stargate: Atlantis, and 2 seasons of Stargate: Universe and are still starving for content ... you won't get it here. But a loyal fan stays loyal to the bitter end ... so go ahead and splurge the price of a large soda or find it free.

It's like a far fetched fan fiction piece, I'm glad I only rented it for a couple dollars. The script is terrible, it's a boring movie, and I probably could have done similar graphics on a $200 computer. If you're like me and just have to try a movie for yourself, I highly recommend renting it, or finding it somewhere for free.
